Craniosacral Therapy

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy follows the natural rhythms of movement in the body to support health. It's gentle, light touch is helpful for a number of conditions, from headaches, TMJ dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, back pain, and more.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy uses touch, exercise, nutrition, and self-awareness to restore balance and health. In addition to working with your body, you are supported with verbal communication and reflective listening.

Roller Ball Massage

Designed to loosen fascial restrictions in the body, this approach can be done fully clothed or incorporated into a massage session. Possible focus areas include the feet, legs, torso, shoulders, neck, and skull with the roller ball. Deep pressure is applied, also benefitting muscles, bones, diaphragm, the nervous system, and the craniosacral system.
